Private patients get special treatment from me, of course, and since I do if the patient Barbara is no exception. It quickly turned out that she wanted a very special Spezielbehandlung, which of course I begrudge her even then. After all, everyone should be healthy soon and if a fuck helps, I like doing it :-)
